The making of...
Through the encounter of an interest in human sciences, a passion for understanding how systems work and above all how to develop them, a taste for actions and results, is born a vocation to accompany managers and their teams in their ambition for improvement.
With the insight obtained through a Master's degree in Psychology, I have developped a sensitivity to what defines the identity, may it be individual or organizational.
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to join an international Group, Air France KLM, which allowed me, during 15 years within Human Resources, to enrich my skills in several domains of organizational development: recruitment, training, managerial development, intercultural management, change management.
I worked in diverse environments: Corporate, Ground Services, Cargo and Commercial for French and internationaly based teams.
The merger with KLM, and the 3 years I spent working with our teams in Amsterdam, strengthened a deep conviction: there is, as such, no good or bad method, simply methods more suitable to a specific situation.
The "key" becomes the agility, the ability to adapt.
In this way, I was able to comprehend that organizational efficiency also relies on management's ability to mobilize the diversity of its resources in the same direction, using a "common langage".
Inspired by currents of thought coming from, among others, Positive Psychology*, I have adapted my approach with different tools and methods:
- Master Coach and PNL practioner, International Coaching Institute,
- Appreciative Inquiry. International Coaching Institute,
- Certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. Herrmann Europe International
- Co-development method, MENTOR model of Trajectives
These methods enable me to focus the accompanied management on the development's positive drivers: aspirations, talents, resources, successes, values, potentials...
Positive psychologists seek "to find and nurture genius and talent" and "to make normal life more fulfilling"; Seligman and Csikszentmihalyi define positive psychology as "the scientific study of positive human functioning and flourishing on multiple levels that include the biological, personal, relational, institutional, cultural, and global dimensions of life."
Talena is the opportunity to promote a humanist view of performance, in which pragmatism serves strategy.
